Commencement of Commencement Season, K.P. Events Group Makes The Grade!
This time of year is always very exciting with all the graduations that are on the slate.
This season is also especially busy for K.P. Events Group, as we support multiple commencement events throughout the area.
In addition to corporate meetings, fundraisers and the other special events on our docket, graduations take up much of the project schedule for K.P. in late Spring. From New York City’s Madison Square Garden to Fairfield County, we support several commencement ceremonies for colleges, universities and high schools. We supply staging, lighting, video and audio in the most technical, creative and professional manner. The Convent of the Sacred Heart, Pace University, Whitby School and Sacred Heart University are amongst the institutions we’ll be providing our services to for their upcoming graduation functions.
One of our most used and dynamic service is videotaping and live streaming of the ceremony. With this service, we provide families with a means to experience this very memorable event from the comfort of their own home. Whether their absence is health, scheduling or distance related, they can now see their new graduates in real-time and share the excitement and experience of the program.
We always keep in mind that these events can also be very stressful for all involved, so we make it our mission to provide our service in a way that relieves organizers, parents and especially graduates from any additional anxiety and pressure associated with this type of function. We can take care of all aspects of this special gathering from conception to completion.
